Job summary

Luxaviation ONE, based in Singapore, seeks a Commercial Director - APAC to lead regional commercial strategy and revenue development across Asia-Pacific, strengthening the group’s footprint. You will oversee charter sales, partnerships and client relationships to ensure premium service and growth.

The role requires extensive APAC experience, senior leadership, and strong negotiation skills. English fluency is essential; Asian language skills are a plus. International travel will be frequent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of senior commercial experience in business aviation or related aviation sectors with strong APAC exposure.
• Proven leadership experience in managing commercial teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APAC commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of commercial and broker professionals across regional markets.
• Oversee major client relationships and high-value charter negotiations and contracts.
• Monitor sales pipeline, KPIs and market trends to inform decisions.
