Airport Dimensions, part of Collinson, is seeking a Director of Operations Asia Pacific to establish and drive the guest experience vision across AD’s lounges and experiences in the region. You will lead a team of partners, oversee financial planning, and ensure operational excellence aligning with strategic goals.

The role requires senior leadership experience within hospitality operations, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel regionally and globally to advance

Qualifikationen

• Must excel at strategic thinking and be open to new perspectives.
• Executive-level communication and influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus, and negotiate.
• Proven track record in financial operations management.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a senior leadership role with hospitality operations and guest experience responsibility.
• Energetic, flexible and proactive leader capable of driving strategic and tactical initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Establish and drive guest experience vision, mission, and corporate strategy across AD’s Asia Pacific network.
• Oversee third‑party providers to optimize operations, fiduciary requirements and SLAs.
• Develop and oversee regional operating budget in excess of $10m per annum.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across partner entities to ensure best practices and consistency.
• Monitor guest engagement performance, budgets, and EBITDA and report at multiple levels.
• Travel within Asia Pacific and globally to support AD interests.
