Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an accomplished aviation sales professional to drive APAC revenue by selling aircraft parts, USM and MRO services. You will identify new business, build strategic airline and MRO partnerships, and negotiate long-term service contracts while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role requires regional travel, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in aviation aftermarket sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aviation Management, Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the aviation aftermarket (aircraft parts, USM, components or MRO services)
• Track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term customer partnerships
• Strong commercial sense, negotiation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the APAC region
• Experience in selling USM & B2B sales is a plus
• Knowledge of aircraft components, repair processes and the aviation supply chain experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out regional sales strategies to win new customers among APAC airlines, MROs and lessors
• Map competitor accounts, spot supply chain gaps and build a new business pipeline from scratch
• Represent the company at aviation trade shows, conferences and industry events, and turn contacts into contracts
• Lead B2B negotiations for pricing, volume-based parts contracts and long-term service agreements
• Understand new customers’ component, repair and inventory needs, and propose the right solutions
• Work with procurement, logistics, repair management and customer service teams to deliver parts reliably and respond quickly
• Provide management with accurate pipeline visibility, sales forecasts and market reports

Education
