Job summary

CHARTERHOUSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Regional CMDB & IT Asset Management Lead to set regional CMDB governance standards and drive ITAM and ServiceNow initiatives across APAC.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, EA, and application teams to enhance data quality, service mapping, and governance programs. The role requires 10+ years in CMDB/ITAM/ITSM with hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience and ITIL awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Configuration Management, IT Asset Management, Service Management, or IT Infrastructure Operations.
• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and IRE.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB governance, IT Asset Management, operational controls, and ITIL best practices.
• Experience improving processes, governance, and operational standards across regional or enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, root cause analysis, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, service metrics, and management reporting.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, operational risk, and service management processes.
• ServiceNow, ITIL, or related certifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the regional CMDB and Configuration Management process across APAC. Define CMDB operating standards, governance frameworks, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead regional ServiceNow ITAM implementation and CMDB enhancement initiatives. Manage master asset data onboarding, validation, and governance to ensure high-quality configuration data.
• Establish controls to ensure CMDB accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Drive data certification, exception management, remediation activities, and continuous quality improvement.
• Lead the regional CMDB/ITAM function, providing guidance to analysts and coordinating cross-functional teams. Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, Application teams, and regional stakeholders to improve service delivery and governance.
