Job summary

Sartorius in Singapore seeks a Technical Sales Leader for Chromatography to drive APAC sales, coordinate tactical activities at customer sites, and support demos, trials, training and product positioning.

You will actively use SFDC to manage leads and opportunities, analyze data, train staff, and collaborate with PD and PM on product development, market feedback and launches. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in life sciences or engineering; advanced degree is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of chromatography products and workflows.
• Data-driven with business acumen and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and coordinate tactical efforts to hit APAC targets.
• Visit customer sites and support demos, trials, and training.
• Manage leads / opportunities in SFDC and document interactions.
• Train salespeople and align with PD/PM on product launches and feedback.
• Engage with conferences and networks to promote messages and build relationships.
• Handle technical and quality escalations for assigned products.
