Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; an MBA is advantageous.
• At least 7 years leading quota-carrying channel sales professionals.
• Deep knowledge of channel programs, ecosystems and partner types.

• Define APAC channel and alliance strategy and recruit high-potential partners.
• Own regional indirect sales performance and partner forecasts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Sellers.
• Establish disciplined partner operating rhythms and reviews.
• Build relationships with senior executives across priority partners.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Leadership on enablement plans.
