Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Head of Channels and Alliances for APAC to lead the regional partner strategy and a team of partner-facing sales professionals. You will build executive relationships with priority partners, connect partners with field teams, and drive joint customer value, pipeline, and indirect revenue.

You will recruit, coach and develop top Partner Sellers, establish disciplined partner rhythms, and collaborate with Global and APAC leaders to optimize programs and bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define APAC channel and alliance strategy and recruit high-potential enterprise partners.
• Own regional indirect sales performance, partner production and forecasts with pipeline metrics.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of quota-carrying Partner Sellers.
• Establish partner operating rhythms with sales plans and Business Reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives across priority partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and cross-functional teams to drive joint demand and programs.
