Digital Realty in APAC seeks a strategic Head of Channels and Alliances to lead the regional partner strategy and a team of partner-facing sales professionals. You will build senior relationships across priority partners, promote PlatformDIGITAL, and connect partners with field and technical sales teams to drive joint customer value, pipeline, and indirect revenue.

• 7+ years of experience leading quota-carrying channel sales professionals
• Proven track record in driving partner production in a best-in-class channel organization
• Advanced knowledge of channel sales, partner programs and technology partner ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of data centers, networks, cloud, hybrid IT and AI technologies
• Proven people leadership, change management and coaching capability
• Commercial and entrepreneurial thinking with strong forecasting discipline
• Superior communication and presentation skills with emphasis on partner satisfaction

Responsabilidades

• Define the APAC channel and alliance strategy and recruit high-potential enterprise-grade partners
• Own regional indirect sales performance and forecast accuracy
• Lead, recruit and develop a high-performing team of Partner Sellers
• Establish partner operating rhythms and quarterly reviews
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives across priority partners
• Coordinate with Digital Realty sellers and partners on joint accounts
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Leadership to enable partners and strengthen the APAC community
• Represent Digital Realty through executive briefings, partner events, and webinars
• Work with Partner Marketing to prioritize investments and improve partner mindshare
• Align with global and regional leaders to support shared partners and channel execution
