Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking a Channel Sales Partner Lead for APAC on a 12-month contract. You will identify and recruit strategic Channel Sales partners across APAC, lead go-to-market planning, and drive revenue through partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales within digital advertising, martech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms.
• Proven track record of building partnerships from prospecting through launch and growth in ambiguous markets.
• Strong commercial judgment with experience in proposals, incentives, revenue models, and joint business planning.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit strategic Channel Sales partners across APAC.
• Lead partner discovery, business case development, and go-to-market planning, including partner fit and growth potential.
• Drive commercial alignment with partners, including revenue share, incentives, product, integration, marketing commitments, and success metrics.
• Own the partner launch path from contract execution through onboarding, operational readiness, first spend, and early revenue activation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, Marketing and Solutions Engineering to remove blockers and keep launches moving.
• Build repeatable launch playbooks, partner enablement materials, operating cadences, escalation paths, and performance reporting for new markets.
• Capture market, partner, and advertiser feedback to improve the Channel Sales model across regions.
