Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Training & Change Manager to lead regional change management, training and business readiness for APAC Contract Logistics transformations. You will collaborate with global programme teams and regional leaders to embed new enterprise systems and ways of working across multiple countries.

You will design and deliver practical change initiatives, drive adoption metrics, and build local capability through change champions and train-the-trainer programs, with

Qualifications

• Experience delivering organisational change, training and business readiness across large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting ERP, WMS, TMS or other enterprise system implementations in logistics or supply chain environments.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training design and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional change management, training and business readiness plans aligned with major system implementation milestones.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis and readiness reviews; identify risks and practical actions.
• Lead regional training approach: role-based learning, materials, guides, digital content, and train-the-trainer programs.
