Zühlke is seeking a CEO to lead the APAC region from Singapore, responsible for end-to-end P&L and growth across Singapore, Hong Kong, and nearby markets. The role involves translating the global strategy into a regional growth plan, strengthening client relationships and market positioning, and guiding the Regional Leadership Team to deliver sustainable profitability in regulated industries.

Significant senior leadership experience within technology services, consulting, IT services or similar B2B professional services environment.
Proven track record of growing a business unit or country operation.
Deep client-facing experience at C-level and ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
Strong executive presence and credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Own and deliver the APAC region's P&L, setting revenue and profitability targets across countries.
Translate the Group strategy into an APAC-specific growth plan and identify market priorities.
Define and drive the regional commercial strategy and strengthen pipeline development.
Build and coach a high-performing Regional Leadership Team with clear accountability.
Represent APAC in Group governance and ensure alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
