Job summary

Qualifications
- University graduate from analytical/business program; Statistics/Math/Business/Engineering/CS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health, well-being and retirement benefits is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
- Proven ability to manage multi-country regional consulting projects and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation and storytelling ability.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with regional teams, brokers, retirement groups, and insurers.
- Lead regional consulting projects, manage timelines, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and drive market-leading benefit initiatives and client-focused solutions.
