You will lead a regional partner services team, steer performance, embed Booking.com frameworks in daily operations, and collaborate with regional management to turn opportunities into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and key decision makers.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international setting.
• Ability to drive change and translate strategy into action.
• Ability to identify and operationalize commercial opportunities for the area.

Responsibilities

• Drive a high performance culture within the managed team.
• Direct the team to meet organizational and individual objectives.
• Set targets and monitor performance of partner services teams.
• Represent Booking.com in the local and regional travel ecosystem.
• Lead conversations with industry and PA/PR to develop initiatives.
• Support relationships with top-tier partners and decision makers.
• Roll out changes and embed Booking.com frameworks in daily operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement business strategy.
• Lead internal reviews with regional management to plan actions.
