Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales, oversee account penetration, qualification of prospects, and manage the end-to-end sales process. You will build trusted client relationships and coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to deliver winning, application-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of sales/presales experience in ICT services or consulting, or 8+ years in technical sales.
• Proven experience selling application-driven opportunities.
• Knowledge of commercial arrangements.
• Experience implementing applications is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales, negotiation and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of accounts by selling NCS Application solutions to target customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to bring winning solutions to contract closure.
• Meet sales quotas by identifying new and existing client opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage contract terms and internal/external negotiations.
• Build relationships at all levels with designated clients.
• Develop value propositions and negotiate to close deals.
• Understand NCS products and services to coordinate pre-sales requirements.
• Drive profitable wins aligned with NCS growth strategy.
• Coordinate with Lines of Businesses to provision orders and meet service expectations.
• Provide a one-stop experience to customers regarding all NCS services.
