Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Manager of Customer Support to lead operations across the Asia-Pacific region from Singapore. This role bridges front-line sales, order management, engineering, and after-sales service to deliver a seamless customer experience for multinational clients.

You will drive operational excellence, develop service strategies, and align support with commercial goals while ensuring standardized processes and SLAs across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in customer support, sales or operations in a global tech/manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and transformations.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop global Sales Support and Customer Service teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.
• Own quote-to-order and order-to-cash processes with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Develop service strategies aligned with regional goals and global standards.
• Monitor key service metrics and drive continuous improvement across regions.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations.
• Coordinate pre-sales support, lead-time estimates, and solution configuration with Sales.
• Roll out CRM and ERP tools to streamline workflows and standardize processes across Asia-Pacific.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing, customer-centric team.
