Job summary

SharkNinja APAC is seeking a data analytics professional to drive advanced analytics and dashboard development across the APAC region. You will build complex Power BI dashboards, optimize DAX and SQL queries, and translate raw data into visual stories for regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics or sales analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI with complex dashboards and data models.
• Experience in KPI reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting, demand planning, and trade spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics and dashboard development for APAC region.
• Build and optimize DAX measures and SQL queries for regional KPIs.
• Design interactive dashboards tracking sell-out trends and forecast accuracy.
• Translate datasets into visual stories for APAC leadership.
• Serve as analytics contact for regional leads with localized insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to explain regional performance against targets.
• Support monthly business reviews with data-driven decks for senior leadership.
• Develop predictive forecasting models to enable proactive planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance on cross-functional projects.
• Own data ingestion, cleaning and transformation across APAC regions.
• Monitor data pipelines to ensure timely weekly/monthly reporting.
• Standardize reporting across regional teams and ensure data quality.
• Support ad-hoc projects and leadership requests with actionable insights.
