Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a fresh graduate to join our regional analytics team as a Business Analytics Analyst. You will build dashboards, analyze performance, and provide insights to support commercial and marketing decisions across Asia Pacific.

You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, validate data, and leverage BI tools to drive data‑driven decisions. The role offers hands-on experience in a global multinational setting with clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, CS, Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internships or working experience are welcome.
Strong Excel skills with data manipulation and analysis.
Baseline knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is advantageous.
Exposure to ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BI dashboards to monitor key commercial KPIs such as sales performance, pipeline health, and business trends.
Analyze business data and generate insights to support commercial and operational decisions.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure reporting accuracy.
Support commercial initiatives by analyzing sales performance, pipeline quality and business metrics.
Assist in marketing analytics by evaluating campaign performance, customer segments, and market trends.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into dashboards.
