Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager based in Singapore to grow its Alternatives Leasing business across Asia Pacific.

This builder-operator will drive business development, client engagement and strategy for the Alternatives vertical in 25+ countries, while handling end-to-end leasing in the flexible office sector. The role reports to the regional leadership, offering high visibility and impact within CBRE’s leasing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business / real estate (or equivalent).
• About 5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience in brokerage, tenant representation or advisory.
• Experience across multi-market, multicultural environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify clients and prospects for the Alternatives vertical, drive business development and pipeline build out.
• Independently drive key client pursuits, measured by number of wins and net revenue.
• Define CBRE value proposition for the Alternatives sector and articulate it to clients at the point of sale.
• Build relationships with landlords, occupiers and operators.
• Partner with in-market professionals to co-create go-to-market approaches for Alternatives across APAC.
• Understand portfolio strategies and real estate needs across all 4 Alternatives sectors.
• Coordinate internally across markets and functions to execute leasing transactions end-to-end.
• Prepare market surveys, run analyses, drive deal structuring and negotiations.
• Maintain deep sector knowledge and track market trends in Alternatives.
