Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks a Manager/Sr. Manager to drive the growth of its Alternatives Leasing business across major APAC markets, based in Singapore. This builder-operator will lead business development, client engagement, strategy and operations for the Alternatives vertical spanning 25+ countries.

The role includes end-to-end deal execution for the flexible office sector and acts as second-in-command to the business lead, offering high visibility within CBRE's regional leasing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/real estate and ~5 years CRE experience.
• Experience in brokerage, tenant representation or advisory across multiple markets.
• Strong communication and commercial mindset.
• Tech-savvy with hands-on approach to tools like Claude, Salesforce, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify clients and prospects for the Alternatives vertical.
• Drive client pursuits and contribute to net revenue.
• Define CBRE value proposition and articulate it to clients at the point of sale.
• Build authentic relationships with landlords, occupiers and operators.
• Partner with in-market professionals and market leaders to co-create go-to-market approach.
• Coordinate with clients to understand portfolio strategies and real estate needs across the 4 Alternatives sectors.
• Execute leasing transactions end-to-end for flexible office.
• Prepare market surveys, run analyses, and drive deal structuring and negotiations.
• Maintain deep sector knowledge and track market trends across Alternatives sectors.
