CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager to drive the growth of Alternatives Leasing in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. The role focuses on business development, client engagement, strategy, and operations for the Alternatives vertical across 25+ countries.

The role includes end-to-end deal execution for the flexible office sector (50% bandwidth) and acts as second-in-command to the business lead, within CBRE’s regional leasing team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business / real estate.
• About 5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in brokerage, tenant representation or advisory, with multi-market exposure.
• First principles thinking and a commercial mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written.
• Experience in flexible office transactions, and other Alternatives sectors.
• Tech-savvy and hands-on with Claude, Salesforce and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to build relationships with landlords, occupiers and operators.
• Ability to work cross-market with in-market professionals across APAC.

Responsabilidades

• Identify clients and prospects for the Alternatives vertical; build pipeline.
• Independently drive client pursuits; measure by wins and net revenue.
• Define CBRE value proposition for Alternatives and articulate to clients.
• Build authentic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Partner with in-market professionals to co-create go-to-market approaches.
• Understand portfolio strategies and real estate needs across the 4 Alternatives sectors.
• Coordinate with colleagues across markets and functions.
• Execute leasing transactions end-to-end; measure against net revenue targets.
• Prepare market surveys, run commercial analyses, drive deal structuring and negotiations.
• Maintain deep sector knowledge and track market trends.
