AERONE TECHNIQUES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Aviation Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager APAC to drive revenue growth across airlines, MROs, and lessors in the region.

You will hunt new business, build strategic relationships, and lead negotiations for aircraft parts, USMs, and MRO services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Aviation/Engineering.
• 2-6 years of aviation aftermarket sales experience.
• Experience selling USMs is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft components and repair processes.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build partnerships.
• Preferred B2B sales experience with airlines, MROs, suppliers.
• Willingness to travel frequently (70%). Hunting role (80%).
• Engineering background with interest in Aviation Sales welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute aggressive regional sales strategies to hunt down, pitch, and secure new customers across APAC airlines, MROs, lessors, etc.
• Map competitor accounts, identify regional supply chain gaps, and build a robust new business pipeline from scratch.
• Represent the company at major aviation trade shows, regional conferences, and industry events to turn handshakes into contracts.
• Lead complex B2B negotiations to secure favorable pricing, volume-based parts contracts, and long-term service agreements.
• Deepen technical relationships with newly acquired accounts, understanding their component, repair, and inventory support requirements.
• Partner with internal procurement, logistics, repair management, and customer service teams to guarantee flawless parts delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide senior management with accurate pipeline visibility, sales forecasts, and structured market reports.
