Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AI transformation across APAC Data Center Planning & Delivery. You will partner with business owners across five verticals to translate AI capabilities into tangible improvements in planning and execution.

You will own regional governance, guide AI product design, and coordinate across APAC, AMER and EMEA teams to scale shared AI solutions while delivering measurable time savings,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
• Experience leading AI or digital transformation programs across regions.
• Experience developing and scaling AI products and governance.
• Knowledge of technology risk, IT security audits, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to drive change through process owners and enablement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC AI transformation roadmap across five verticals with prioritization by value, readiness, feasibility, cost and risk.
• Coordinate APAC DCPD collaboration with AMER and EMEA to scale shared AI solutions.
• Establish central AI solutions hub with tools, ownerships and lifecycle governance.
• Set change-management direction and redesign workflows based on feedback to improve business results.
• Own regional AI governance, risk reviews and evaluation criteria with approvals from data owners.
• Guide AI product design, prototype selection and prioritization of features across platforms.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, measure time savings, quality and cost metrics against baselines.
