Job summary

Dell Technologies in Singapore seeks a Consultant, Project | Program Management to lead AI-driven digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define goals, track KPIs, and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

You will manage resources, budgets, and schedules across IT and business units, guiding teams through design discussions, implementation meetings, and progress measurement activities for high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience leading large transformation projects in Supply Chain.
• Ability to analyze business problems and influence stakeholders through storyboarding and data analysis.
• Proven ability to communicate and influence senior leadership on transformation ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define goals and KPI metrics for strategic projects and drive progress.
• Lead projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints from initiation to delivery.
• Leverage AI native SDLC and development models to generate business requirements and work with IT delivery partners.
