Job summary

Allianz Singapore seeks a senior transformation leader to drive regional P&C initiatives, with emphasis on AI and analytics, spanning underwriting, sales, and claims across Asia Pacific. You will define roadmaps, align stakeholders, and orchestrate scalable, cross-market deployments.

You will lead regional AI use cases, translate business needs into IT requirements, and push for process optimisation and digital enablement. A track record in multi-market transformation is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years in P&C insurance and AI, with at least 6 years in P&C AI project involvement.
Experience in digital transformation or business-led systems in multi-country or matrix environments.
Certifications in PM, AI/data analytics, process improvement, or actuarial qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the regional P&C transformation roadmap focusing on AI and advanced analytics.
Identify regional AI solutions addressing common P&C needs across operating entities.
Define business requirements for IT platforms and systems to support transformation.
Drive process optimisation and standardisation across operating entities.
Ensure scalable, regionally deployable AI solutions across the value chain.
Engage senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and drive adoption.
Monitor progress and measure business impact, recommending adjustments.
Stay updated on AI/Insurtech trends and assess applicability to Allianz APAC.
Support change management to drive AI adoption and digital literacy.
