Job summary
CMA CGM is seeking a senior IT leader to drive AI and automation across APAC, translating global technology strategy into locally relevant, commercially valuable solutions. You will lead enterprise AI adoption, build workforce digital capability, and direct rapid prototyping to turn high-priority business opportunities into scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or data science.
- 10+ years in technology leadership, IT transformation, or AI/ML delivery.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate regional needs into global strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead APAC rollout and adoption of global AI platforms with local relevance and ROI.
- Identify regional opportunities and build compelling business cases for AI strategy.
- Govern balance between global platforms and local solutions to ensure scalability and global deployment readiness.
- Partner with governance teams on data privacy and responsible AI governance.
- Drive APAC digital upskilling across AI, Power BI, and low-code automation.
- Mentor AI and data science teams and deliver MVPs and rapid prototypes.
