Willis Towers Watson Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks an APAC AI Director to lead the build-out of our APAC AI capability, transforming how insurers operate across pricing, underwriting, claims, reserving, and financial reporting.

You will drive AI adoption, design workflows, and embed AI into live client workflows while scaling high-margin delivery. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, develop flagship AI use cases, and equip colleagues with practical AI sales tools to strengthen

Qualificações

10+ years of experience in insurance consulting, analytics, or AI-enabled business transformation.
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes in General Insurance, Life Insurance, or Reinsurance.
Experience delivering AI, ML, analytics, or automation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Experience selling and delivering complex engagements at senior executive/board level.
Exposure to Generative AI, workflow automation, and enterprise AI deployment.
Experience with C-suite stakeholders (CEO/COO/CFO, etc.).

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements across pricing, underwriting, claims, and financial reporting.
Design AI workflows to support WTW propositions and embed AI into client workflows.
Scale repeatable, high-margin AI delivery and drive adoption across client propositions.
Develop flagship AI use cases to anchor client conversations and elevate external positioning.
Equip teams with practical AI sales tools and win client impact through thought leadership.
Drive reskilling to enable delivery of AI consulting projects.
