Job summary

Allianz Singapore is seeking a senior transformation leader to steer the P&C regional agenda across the Asia Pacific. The role focuses on AI and advanced analytics, building scalable regional transformations in underwriting, sales and claims.

You will work closely with IT and business teams to define platforms and optimise processes for diverse operating entities. You will bring 10+ years in P&C insurance with AI experience, plus regional or global transformation track records.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in P&C insurance with AI involvement
• Experience in regional or multi-country transformation programmes
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred; certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define and drive regional P&C transformation roadmap with AI focus
• Identify and define regional AI solutions for common needs across OEs
• Define business requirements for IT platforms and systems
• Drive process standardisation and digitalisation across OEs
• Ensure scalable, deployable solutions across markets
• Engage senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for regionally scalable initiatives
• Monitor progress and report on business impact
