Qualifications

• 3–12 years of professional AI/ML engineering experience.
• Experience building with LLMs, RAG, search, agent-based systems, and automation.
• Strong software engineering with Python, Java, React, Next.js, Node.js.
• Hands-on model training and fine-tuning for performance and scalability.
• Proven expertise working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deployment and data management.
• DevOps practices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent workflows to optimize insurance business processes.
• Develop software pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.
• Train and optimize neural network models and LLMs for use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to productionize AI apps.
• Ensure AI models comply with banking regulations and data privacy standards.
