What the Graduate Programme will look like

Aon Health Solutions is a leading provider of innovative health and benefits consulting services, helping organizations design and manage employee health and wellbeing programs. With deep expertise in health strategy, data analytics, benefits design, and regulatory compliance, Aon partners with clients to develop tailored solutions that improve employee health outcomes, manage costs, and enhance workforce engagement.

Carry out a range of project management related functions, through a series of developmental work rotations. While responsibilities may vary to some extent with each rotation, all are contained in the general role statements below:

• Assist in achieving business objectives within a team environment through assigned research, policy and project activities allocated during developmental work placements.
• Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with appropriate external client contacts and other internal Aon clients.
• Effectively participate in on-the-job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme.
• Pitching and storytelling – potential to communicate to stakeholders in a compelling way.
• Carrier management – develop negotiation strategies.
