Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or above) and ability to start full-time in 2027 (candidates graduating by July 2027 welcome)
• Up to 3 years of work experience
• Experience in customer service roles and client interaction in sales or account management
• Interest in innovative technologies and fast-paced, client-focused environments

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users worldwide across multiple industries
• Answer client questions and solve complex workflow challenges via Instant Bloomberg chat
• Collaborate with Sales teams on client initiatives and assist with onboarding and product rollouts
• Progress into Sales through building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for Bloomberg solutions
