Bloomberg Singapore is launching its Analytics & Sales Program, offering a pathway to build expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement. You’ll begin in Analytics, supporting Bloomberg Professional Services clients worldwide, with exposure to a broad range of workflows and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or above) and availability to start in 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech.
• Experience in customer service roles (interacting with both internal and external clients).
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management capacity.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in innovative technologies and their potential to enhance workflows and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg Professional Services clients across multiple industries.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and product rollouts for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on strategic client initiatives and relationship management.
