Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or above) and the ability to start a full-time role in January 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated academic coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech.
• Experience in customer service roles (interacting with both internal and external clients).
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management capacity.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest in innovative technologies and their potential to enhance workflows and efficiencies.
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on bank/public/federal holiday (weekday off in lieu).

Responsibilities

• Support Bloomberg Professional Services clients across the global financial community.
• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users via Instant Bloomberg (IB) chat.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic client initiatives, training, onboarding and product rollouts.
• Prepare and nurture client relationships, contributing to long-term business growth.
