Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or above) and the ability to start a full-time role in 2027 (Candidates graduating by July 2027 are welcome to apply)
• Up to 3 years of work experience
• Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated academic coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech
• Experience in customer service roles (interacting with both internal and external clients)
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management capacity
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Interest in innovative technologies and their potential to enhance workflows and efficiencies
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on bank/public/federal holiday (weekday off in lieu).

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users around the world and across multiple industries.
• Answer client questions, solve complex workflow challenges, and help clients maximize the value of Bloomberg's products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic client initiatives and build relationship management capabilities.
• Most participants progress into Sales or specialist roles across Bloomberg's Financial Solutions business.
