Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. in Singapore is launching the Analytics & Sales Program to build expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement, with a path into Sales and leadership roles within Bloomberg's Financial Solutions business.

You will start in Analytics, supporting Bloomberg clients globally, providing 24/7 assistance, and solving complex workflow challenges through Instant Bloomberg chat, gaining exposure to risk analysis and market workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above and eligible to start full-time in 2027
• Up to 3 years of work experience
• Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles (sales/account management)
• Interest in fintech and financial markets

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg Professional Services clients worldwide
• Answer client questions and solve workflow challenges via Instant Bloomberg chat
• Assist with onboarding, training, and product rollouts for clients
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic client initiatives
• Develop product and market expertise to become a trusted advisor
