Qualifications

• Demonstrated coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech.
• Experience in customer service roles (interacting with internal and external clients).
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management capacity.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in innovative technologies and their potential to enhance workflows.
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on bank/public holidays.
