Bloomberg Singapore Pte. Ltd. offers an Analytics & Sales Program that develops expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement. You’ll start in Analytics, supporting Bloomberg Professional Services clients globally and delivering 24/7 assistance to maximize product value.

As you grow, you’ll partner with Sales on strategic initiatives, receive industry-leading training, and have a clear path toward a sales-focused career with lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above and ability to start full-time in 2027 (candidates graduating by July 2027 welcome)
• Up to 3 years of work experience
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) for regular client communication
• Academic coursework or experience in financial markets, economics or fintech
• Experience in customer service and client interaction in sales/account management
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in innovative technologies to enhance workflows
• Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays occasionally (weekday off in lieu)

Responsabilités

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg Professional Services clients globally
• Answer client questions and help maximize value of Bloomberg products
• Assist with onboarding, training, and product rollouts for clients
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic client initiatives and relationship management
• Progress into Sales as a potential career path and build long-term client relationships
