Bloomberg Singapore Pte. Ltd. is offering an Analytics & Sales Program to build expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement.

You will start in Analytics, supporting Bloomberg Professional Services clients globally and using Instant Bloomberg chat to assist with questions and workflows across multiple industries. As you grow, you may progress into Sales, developing long-term client relationships and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or above) and the ability to start a full-time role in 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Fluent in English and Thai (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated academic coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech.
• Experience in customer service roles (interacting with clients).
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management capacity.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in innovative technologies and their potential to enhance workflows.
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on bank/public/federal holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg Professional Services clients worldwide.
• Answer client questions and solve complex workflow challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on strategic client initiatives and product rollouts.
