Job summary

Bloomberg Singapore is launching its Analytics & Sales Program to build expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement. You will start in Analytics, supporting Bloomberg Professional Services clients worldwide and providing 24/7 assistance.

After training, you’ll collaborate with Sales on strategic initiatives and may progress into Sales, becoming a trusted advisor who helps clients maximize Bloomberg solutions and grow business.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and be able to start a full-time role in 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog for regular client communication and support.
• Academic coursework or experience in financial markets, economics, or fintech.
• Experience in customer service and client-facing/sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg Professional Services clients worldwide.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic client initiatives and onboarding.
• Progress into Sales and develop long-term client relationships to drive growth.
