You will start in Analytics, providing 24/7 support to Bloomberg Professional Services clients across industries, learn across asset classes, and collaborate with Sales on strategic initiatives to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or above) and ability to start a full-time role in 2027 (candidates graduating by July 2027 welcome)
• Up to 3 years of work experience
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech
• Experience in customer service roles interacting with clients
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Interest in innovative technologies to enhance workflows
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on bank/public/federal holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg Professional Services clients worldwide
• Answer client questions, solve workflow challenges, maximize product value
• Lead training, onboarding, and product rollouts with clients
• Collaborate with Sales on key client initiatives and growth opportunities
• Progress into Sales or specialist/product leadership roles within Financial Solutions
• Build long-term client relationships and understand business goals
