You will start in Analytics, supporting Bloomberg Professional Services clients worldwide, providing 24/7 assistance and guiding customers through complex workflows; later you may move into Sales to deepen relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or above) and ability to start full-time in 2027 (graduates by July 2027 welcome).
Up to 3 years of work experience.
Professional fluency in English and Tagalog (written and spoken).
Demonstrated coursework or work in financial markets, economics or fintech.
Experience in customer service roles interacting with clients.
Experience with client interaction in sales or account management.
Strong multitasking, critical thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in innovative technologies to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users globally across industries.
Answer client questions and solve workflow challenges via Instant Bloomberg chat.
Assist with onboarding, training, and product rollouts for clients.
Collaborate with Sales on strategic client initiatives and relationship building.
Plan for progression into Sales or other client-facing roles as expertise grows.
