The role partners with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable strategies that support business transformation and long-term competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering.
• 12-15+ years of analytics, BI, data science, or insights leadership.
• Proven leadership of large analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead consumer analytics and insights strategy aligned to priorities.
• Drive data-driven transformation across commercial, customer, operational, and digital domains.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Lead analytics and BI teams and establish governance across the enterprise.
• Drive KPI management, executive reporting, and performance insights.
• Collaborate to modernize analytics platforms and data infrastructure.
• Manage analytics investment priorities, budgets, and resources.
• Champion innovation in analytics, AI and automation.
