Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Director, Strategic Insights and Performance Management to lead the Group Chief Corporate Office’s capabilities in enterprise performance management, strategic insight, and analytics modernization. You will drive KPI governance, annual and mid-term planning, and executive decision support across six functions and OpCos.

You will partner with six function heads to translate critical business questions into prioritized analytical agendas, lead Databricks and BI modernization,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in strategy, performance management, and analytics, with at least 7 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite and translate insights into board-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance management for the Group Chief Corporate Office, overseeing AOP/MTP cycles and KPI governance.
• Synthesize executive insights on spend, supplier performance, compliance posture, and transformation outcomes into GMC/CMC-ready recommendations.
• Direct modernization of analytics, Databricks and Power BI to enable predictive, insight-led reporting.
• Build and lead a small senior team and influence multiple functions and OpCos without formal authority.
• Define KPI governance and reporting standards to establish a trusted single source of truth across the organization.
