The purpose of Anglo American Marketing is to sustainably maximise cash flows from the marketing of Anglo-American products and services.
The Risk Operations team sits within the Marketing Risk function and forms part of the second line of defence for Marketing activities.Operating as a global team, Risk Operations adopts a "Follow the Sun" operating model. Its key responsibilities include financial trade validation, regulatory trade reporting, master data management and governance, as well as Know Your Counterparty (KYC) onboarding and review processes.
The Analyst – Financial Trade Operations executes risk management controls across Financial Trade Operations, Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Know Your Counterparty (KYC) processes that are managed by the team.
This role consistently operates controls to a high standard to guarantee efficient and effective processes, produces key KPI reports and support the creation of process automations and continuous improvements initiatives.
