JANUS HENDERSON INVESTORS (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking an Analyst in Client Account Management for the Asia Client Group based in Singapore. You will support daily client relationship management, onboarding coordination, and regulatory/compliance processes while working with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluency in English required; Korean/Thai is an advantage.
• Licenses Type 1 and 4 or MAS equivalent required within the first 3 months.
• Ability to comprehend Janus Henderson’s asset class strategies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and CRM systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to form good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Confident and proactive approach.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of client relationships under guidance.
• Act as point of contact for client servicing queries.
• Assist with client onboarding and transition activities with internal teams.
• Support preparation and execution of mandate changes and amendments.
• Assist administration of client accounts including settlement and tax queries.
• Maintain CRM records accurately and up‑to‑date.
• Respond to client queries professionally and timely.
• Support AML reviews and regulatory requests.
• Prepare portfolio review materials for reviews.
• Assist DDQs, fund onboarding templates, and account opening docs for funds.
• Assist Institutional Sales with RFP responses and inputs.
