Responsibilities

• Set up and activate accounts, portfolios and products on the Aladdin platform.
• Support onboarding and maintenance of middle-office control processes.
• Maintain data integrity and operational controls across Singapore and APAC time zones.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and regional operating model.
• Coordinate with portfolio management, trading, data ops, technology, compliance and risk teams.
• Support requirements gathering, testing, implementation and post-launch stabilization.
• Produce management information on investment operations, service levels, incidents and remediation actions.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements ahead of audits.
