Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors seeks a client-focused professional to drive growth in asset classes and regional channels. You will partner with CPMs, Product Specialists and sales teams to refine product expertise and connect with clients across markets.

You will engage in portfolio reviews, understand investment processes, and lead sales initiatives with substantial travel, including Asian markets. A multi-cultural mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business acumen and ability to translate data into objectives.
• Executive presence to interact with advisors and executives.
• Ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences including institutional clients.
• Deep investment knowledge across asset classes and markets.
• Skilled in using market data to inform decisions and client communications.
• Collaborative with CPM, Product Specialists, and Distribution teams.
• Able to adapt quickly and provide innovative client solutions.
• Role requires substantial travel, potentially up to 50%.
• Experience working in multi-cultural environments across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic growth of an asset class, region or client channel.
• Drives growth & business planning of pre-agreed products in region/channel with sales teams and CPM owners.
• Understands investment process and macro content to drive growth across products.
• Knows the short-list of strategies to support sales activities and portfolio reviews.
• Acts as an asset class expert with PCS elements to aid Distribution partners.
• Cover selected Multi-Asset strategies to ensure Asia time zone support for clients.
• Works with CPMs and Product Specialists to refine product expertise and performance drivers.
• Drives new sales through extensive travel in market and significant client prospecting.
