Job summary

Capital Group in Singapore seeks a Lead Analyst to shape and lead institutional separate accounts operations, balancing execution with strategic oversight. You will collaborate with global teams, manage onboarding and client-facing tasks, and drive continuous improvement across the IO ecosystem.

You will apply problem-solving skills and coach teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong client focus and governance.

Qualifications

Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in account implementation and onboarding (Fixed income/derivatives experience a plus).
Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing client timelines and requirements.
Able to challenge status quo and drive forward-looking change across global investment operations teams.
Demonstrates good judgment and the ability to manage ambiguity in complex situations.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day production oversight and institutional SA onboarding and launch activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
Act as primary Core Ops contact for SA custodians and external intermediaries.
Lead cross-departmental projects focused on process improvement, automation, and scalability.
Serve as SA core operations product owner for new capabilities and technology.
