Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Internship experience up to 2 years in KYC, compliance, client onboarding, banking operations or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data analytics knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding requests with Sales and prioritise activities.
• Manage documentation and account opening processes from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey.
• Liaise with Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance and Operations to facilitate timely onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on onboarding progress and outstanding requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and support process improvements to enhance the client experience.
