Job Summary

We are seeking for an Analyst to supports the office & industrial leasing team in analyzing market trends, preparing client deliverables, and managing leasing process for office & industrial properties. This role combines financial analysis, market research, and transaction support to help brokers identify opportunities, advise clients, and execute real estate strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on office & industrial market.
  • Prepare regular market updates and insights for internal teams and clients.
Financial & Transaction Analysis
  • Analyze lease agreement, commercial terms, rent rolls, operating expenses.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support lease negotiations.
  • Assist in valuation analyses and feasibility studies
Client & Broker Support
  • Support brokers with client presentations, proposals and listing options.
  • Assist in organizing property tours and marketing events.
  • Participate in the due diligence process by gathering property, tenant, and financial information.
  • Support compliance with internal documentation, confidentiality, and reporting standards.
Collaboration & Coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments (research, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution of deals.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business or equivalent
  • Very strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling, excel cash flow analysis and BOV
  • Proven record in preparing comprehensive RFP`s and Power Point presentations
  • Strong understanding of clients’ needs, with ability to provide detailed and tailored solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working with developers, REITs and property funds is an advantage
  • Knowledge of office, retail, hotel asset classes in the Singapore market preferred
