Job summary

NTU Singapore’s College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Alumni Engagement. You will support the Alumni Engagement Team to strengthen ties between CCDS and its alumni and to help run alumni events.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in stakeholder management and event planning, plus strong communication and comfort with data platforms; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of work experience in stakeholder management and partnership development.
• Experience in event management and planning large-scale events is advantageous.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and industry partnership management is highly valued.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and database management systems.
• Comfortable learning and using new data/event management platforms and tools.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work weekends when required to support student and alumni events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and support events together with the CCDS Alumni Association (CCDS AA).
• Facilitate meetings with relevant Alumni stakeholders.
• Plan, organize and provide support for students and alumni activities and events.
• Manage news write-ups and social media platforms to engage CCDS Alumni Office’s audience.
• Serve as a point of contact to build enduring relationships with CCDS AA and individual alumni.
• Address all alumni enquiries and coordinate engagement opportunities.
• Design and implement alumni engagement strategies aligning with College interests.
• Regularly assess alumni interests and metrics to evaluate event success and propose improvements.
• Report and propose improvements to Alumni Leads.
• Create clear metrics to evaluate event success; conduct After Action Reviews (AARs).
• Establish SOPs for events, budgeting and responsibilities between CCDS AA and College.
• Maintain Alumni SharePoint for accurate documentation.
• Provide support across departmental tasks and events; coordinate event logistics.
• Assist the Deanery, faculty, students, and alumni as needed.
• Monitor departmental budget and recommend purchases aligned with needs.
